jjp
Who has which hugger and what kind of experience was it dealing w/ the company and how much? Anyone in particular to stay away from? Thanks in advance.
Guest
I have a Pyramid carbon fiber hugger. I think it cost around $150 or so. I got it from Jaws with some other goodies. The fit is great, no fabrication or "custom" fitting required. The finish of the carbon was excellent, nice and shiny, no burrs or rough edges either. Don't know about the other brands, the Pyramid is the only one I've had.

Mithrandir
I've got the Geelong Carbon Craft hugger. Have a look in the archives for the "Mmmm..... Carbon" thread for some initial pics. I've also taken a heap more photos since then with the new single-sided exhaust to give a clearer view of it, but I haven't put them online yet. spEEdfrEEk
I've got the black pyramid hugger -- mostly to keep road grime and crap from building up on my shock. Fit great, looks great and no complaints!  TJ

XXTi
I bought a Pyramid hugger and Fenda Extenda from Street Fighters by Design. I'm happy with both products and David Cork is a good guy to deal with.
blackhawkxx
Stay away from DBLXX and BIG BOY....everyone else is approachable...safely, that is. Why? Tell us why?
BIG BOY
Joe, lying to the guy, unless you wanna get banged in the ass at the NEXXT!!!!!! But you would probably like it. I have a Red Fox hugger that i like and fits well. The real purpose for a hugger, from what i'm told is to keep your shock cool so the nitrogen doesn't heat up from the tire heat? Plus it looks good. spEEdfrEEk
Got the fenda extenda too! (great for keeping crap off the pipes). Got both from Cork at SF by design as well. He's good, honest, and pretty quick. I've got a carbon fiber yoke protector for the 1000F on the way from him even as we speak ;-) TJ  I also use the Pyramid but purchased mine from David Cork at Streetfighters By Design. ConqSoft
I went with Red Fox (www.red-fox.com), painted to match. I liked it because it has the cut-out to match the front fender.
