jimmystartup
I want to use something other than the stock Honda oil filter (since the dealer is never open when I'm available). Anyone know the filter part # for a good, high qaulity replacement?

SwampNut
I like the K&N filter a lot. Wal-mart sells a house-branded Purolator One (widely known as one of the absolute best filters on the market). The filter for the Mazda RX-7 is interchangeable with the Honda filter. As a bonus, it's a little longer so you get more filter media. Another bonus...it's $3. Plus since you're there picking up Mobil 1 or Rotella anyways...

jimmystartup
Awesome. Thanks all. I've got the Haynes manual and nowhere does it specify the filter type or size.
