OttawaXX
I just managed to get a shock from a friend for free(The best way to get something!) The part # is MWO-003, so it should be the right length. My question is regarding the spring. I know that some have mentioned that it is not easy anymore to get a spring, any ideas??? This may be a stupid question, but would the spring off my XX not work on the 900RR shock? Thanks in advance.
Mikey
If you use the spring from your XX, won't you be going back to what you've replace? I mean, I replace my shock usually because it's starting to sag, so the spring would be toast...
Redbird
Spring from the XX won't work, it's considerably longer. Sorry, I can't help on sourcing a spring for the RR shock.
