Includes speaker and micro-phone sets for both full-face and open-face helmets. Can use both sets as rider-passenger intercom. Instructions, charger, and battery included and an extra helmet mount. Battery may need to be replaced, but any place that re-builds cordless drill batteries should be able to make a replacement for $10-15. Can go all day on a charge, unless you yammer endlessly. Also, have a remote push-to-talk button, if you want to avoid the voice-activated sensitivity adjustments. Range averaged 2 to 3 miles.
