rockmeupto125 Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 For Sale: BOS slip-ons for CBR1100XX. The BOS are a high end European exhaust brand. I've never seen another set. They are titanium, but heavier (and quieter) than the Akra. They weigh 8.5 pounds each with the removable baffle in place. Unfortunately, the right can has acquired a small dent just below the mount. It is not very noticeable because it is right below the mount, but its there. I have no clue how that could be reduced unless you drilled the end cap rivets, pulled the guts, and massaged the aluminum out. Right now its unobtrusive, and could easily be mistaken for a shadow from the footpeg stand. In the first pic, I placed a rubber hose (that's kinda straight, right?) across the top of the can. There are two depressions, one immediately below the frankenstein bolt/exhaust mount and a smaller one in the shadow of the peg boss. $300 plus shipping. A solid and well constructed pipe with minimal marring. These use the stock clamps and do have a button for the centerstand.
