Zero Knievel
Had to replace one of my tail lights before getting the XX inspected. A wire came loose that does not look like it's stock, but I can't find out where it plugged into. I think it was worked into the lower tail light socket, but I can't figure out how or what it does. The XX came with a license plate bracket that has that LED red light bar. I think it only came on when the brake was depressed. Now (wire left loose), the light bar is always on (dim) and gets brighter when the brake is depressed. Anyone know what this wire might do or what it should be attached to? Zero Knievel
Ah. The wires go to an OEM license plate bracket and light the last owner removed. Why he used any of these wires for the LEDs I don't know...he could have just tapped into the harness for one of the tail lights and removed the segment entirely.
