Been awhile, but I'm assuming you're in the motor section. Try the maintenance section.

Manual said page 3-8. Instead that takes you to spark plugs. Instructions were on 3-11.

Another question, how's the easiest way to remove the CCT and get it back in with minimal hassle? They mention a "stopper tool" but I'm hoping I saved that metal bit that came with my CCT.

CCT removal is simple just remove the bolts. When you put it back in use a small flat screw driver to retract the spring. It's a bit of a pain holding the screw driver in place while putting it back in the bike, a extra hand helps but it is doable by yourself.
