matey_peeps Posted December 11, 2003 Share Posted December 11, 2003 99 XX, 15k miles. front tire x1 rear tires x2 X-11 CCT (preventative, mad props to joe of course) battery (bike was sitting for a while before i bought it, needed a new one as soon as i got it home) lost one of my fairing bolts too, had to replace that. before my XX i had an 01 TL1000R that ATE tires and the fuel pump went south shortly after the warranty period expired. i'm very happy with my zero-maintenance bike. The problem, is that they allow the cam chain to slap a little and the noise from that is annoying.
