I have a 97 CBR 1100XX with 33000 miles and I'd

like to trade it on a sport touring bike. It has

the following equipment:

Heli Bars

Throttlemeister

Buell pegs

Zero Gravity ST

Nearly new Pilot Powers front and back

Mirror extenders

Yoshi RS-4 4 into 1 exhaust

HID low beam

Heated grips

Scott Oiler

Speedo Healer

6mm shim on rear shock

Wilbers springs in front forks

RR / alternator upgraded to 2000 spec.

Note - Corbin seat in pics has been sold.

Bike still has perfect original stock seat.

See pics at: http://picasaweb.google.com/texasplumr/Blackbird

I would prefer an older Connie with farkles rather than a new one that is stock.

Mileage is unimportant. I'm 54 years old and I've not mistreated the Bird. It really

is a sweet bike and damn fast. At 7k it turns into a beast. I prefer trade versus selling

as here in Texas you only pay a flat $25 fee for an even trade. They've gone to using

the Bluebook when you register them so you can no longer buy a $50 bike. If someone

is interested please give me a shout. I have no problem riding to meet you half way.

And if you wanted somebody here locally that you know to look it over for you, that's

good too.

Nice.

Anybody got a good Connie for sale real cheap?

This is the 97 that I restored, Joe, that I got from you. He's added some stuff to it, I see, and sold the Corbin.

Nice bike geezer, does the buell pegs help with the bend in your knees when riding??? What year/make should a man search for if you don't mind me asking.

'99 or later. FI, and R/R problems rectified. (IMHO, duh)
