tomek Posted August 2, 2007 Author Share Posted August 2, 2007 All right,those are pilot roads after 8130 miles,,,,,,,,basically my extended Hookers trip,,,,,,, Rear went about 2000 miles from wear marks to looking like that,,,,,,,,,,for the future it is nice to know there is that many miles left.It case of emergency of course. Front was not new when I left,it was given to me,looked 75% new.Anyway,tire went almost 3000 miles from wear marks in the center and sides. Tires had excellent grip dry till the end,but it was hot and roads there are very grippy. In rain,,,,,,,well I had fun ,grip dropped but due to my superior skills I blasted anything on the road anyway,,,like RV˛s In case anyone wonders why I did not get new tires somewhere,,,,,,,,, -I would get ass raped by the dealer -Very unlikely they had tire I actually want, -I had brand new set of Roads home,I could just UPS those to me,I can change rubber with just couple big screwdrivers,I was not time limited on my trip,,,,,,,,,,,,, BTW left is rear,right is front Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
