beondwacko
I just found out the deal with the Mondo expensive ceramic bearings last night from a top end street bike racer. Apparently these bearings roll with much less resistance than a metallic OEM style bearing. The top speed guys claim that they will give them 3-5 MPH depending on the vehicle on top end. HANKSXXX
Yeah, they outlast standard wheel bearings about 8 to 1 too. Pretty sure I never owned a bike long enough to go through 8 sets of wheelbearings. I think WWB sells 5 ceramic bearings for $395.00...2 front, 2 rear, and the cushdrive. Wow I didnt know that, I also did more research & found out they are also putting them in supercharger's & Turbocharger's. I do have one question, If you are bouncing of the REV-LIMITER in 6th (with lower gearing) it will not give you 3-4mph ?

Only way to go faster if your bouncing off the rev limiter is to ether make it higher or change gearing... Well there is always dropping it out of a plane too.... XXSTAR
if you will turn that red nob on the right handle bar, just before you hit the rev limiter, I have found that you will not hit it, Ron
