The Krypt Keeper Posted March 23, 2007 Share Posted March 23, 2007 Busa claimed dry weight is 478lbs XX claimed dry weight is 492lbs 14lbs difference busa holds 5.5 gallons of gas XX holds 6.3 gallons of gas 1 gallon of gas at 72 deg F weighs in typically 6.25lbs... so there is a 5lb difference in the amout of gas for the XX holding .8 gallons more than the busa. 19lbs difference unless you wanna get into the weight of each battery and amount of oil..
