Between masking off/prepping, and the actual work of using stripper, then sandpaper, then steel wool, then followed up with 3 coats of clear lacquer-this little project took me about 9 hours. Of course I do not have a bike lift and left the wheels on the bike so it was more labor intensive than possibly some other methods. However, I am very pleased with the results.
