I made the assumption (falsely) that a gas charged unit would employee somewhat simular technology as the switch that the automotive aftermarket did years back. Supose we have 33mm of front preload with a 190Lb rider and a specific spring for this rider, preload adjuster in position 3.5/7. Preload at 1 space visible will permit me how many pound of weight? Preload at 7 will permit how many pound? The reason of my question is: if I put a 20 pound thank bag, how will it affect the rider sag? 1,2,8 mm? Did someone here already try this at home?
