N1K
I belong to an auto club where they have the BIG tire machine (bead breakers maybe?????) and a balancing machine. Will these (car tire machines) work for motorcycle tires? Also... Where can I buy weights for motorcycle tires?????

birdie_xx
I've got my weights at the dealership (Motion Pro). Twice, when I changed tires lately, I didn't have to add the weights at all. Take your time when the tire is off the wheel, and check the wheel itself, for the heaviest point. It's not always the valve stem, as I experienced. Then allign the lightest point of the tire (the spot marked on the tire) and you may not need the weights. I also recommend the rim protectors, either speciffic or "home made"... Good luck !
