N1K
Anyone have a comprehensive website that shows different types of lawn weeds. I have this 'stuff' growing' At first I thought it was crab grass, but looking closer, I don't think it is... I'll try and take a picture of it, but was wondering if anyone had any sites that had pictures of the various lawn weeds. i found a couple, but they only had a few types. sprack
I'm guessing it's nutsedge. Does it look like this: http://www.ppws.vt.edu/scott/weed_id/cypes.htm http://www.ppws.vt.edu/scott/weed_id/cypro.htm If so Image (Mosanto makes it) is the only stuff that works. 'Manage' (what they sell at Home Depot) is a POS. It'll take 2-3 applications of Image (post emergent) to keep it away. If it is nutsedge it means there's a drainage problem. I'm still fighting mine. Otherwise, MSMA.
