Why do my brakes squeal?!?!?

The pads have not yet been seated with the rotors. Or there may be a slight glazing on the pads. Give them a couple hundred miles to seat properly, and if they still sqeal pop them back out and sand them alittle with some sandpaper.

Or go up to about 160 or so and slam on the brakes really hard.. :twisted: Do that a few times and good as new :lol:

It is very tempting proposition,but I disagree.There is a good chance you are gonna glaze your brand new peds by doing so.
