They got it at 10 am from UPS, called to clarify my request and offer suggestions. It was shipped back to me the same day they got it. Great turnaround, helpful staff and they got the spring weight spot-on, a 950 lb spring for a 150 lb rider. What a difference in smoothness of the ride. Money well spent.
