  2. I'm starting the cosmetic phase of project ST. There is some flexible lower plastics (similar to the XX cockpit plastic) and course trim pieces that I'd like to paint. Does anyone have any experience with can acrylic, or any other spray paint type that will do the trick? Prep tips? Thanks
  3. Cookin, Chillin and brakin. Nice work.... 8)

  7. I wouldn't worry too much about the exhaust gaskets. I'm sure their still pliable enough to seal since you didn't run the bike. I too would recommend removing the header again. Sorry.
  8. Anyone know what type of huggers fit with M1's???? I've tried adjusting (over-drilling) my pyramid but can't quite get it to stop rubbing. Tips Are there other huggers that fit???
  9. The ZG touring screen is NOT comparable to the Magical or Givi for build quality, but the height of it seems perfect for all types of riding/conditions with my 6'2 frame.
  10. Mac, You may have these up by you but we have a store close by called "Hobo outlet" that deals in noncurrent brand name stuff like flooring, appliances etc. I've seen nice Perego and other brand names for under a $1 per square. Let me know if you want me to swing by and grap some pics.

  12. J, Just install the damn thing so the jokes about having a "little peice of me in your tail" can start.

  20. I'm not happy with the quality of the Mototek and am planning on going back to the stock (clear) light, with a pyramid undertail. Does anyone know which is the part for the entire rear fender plastic? http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/200_0351/rea...rear_fender.cfm I think I still need part of it to mount the lens to. Thanks

I bought a longer swingarm, and dropped my front end. Can I plow snow, and wheelie at the same time? If not can someone please tell me how to suck my own cock? Faster.
  22. I took some sheet metal stock and made a new one with some metal snips. I then used a bench grinder to even it out and debur. Painted it with rustoleum... Up until Mac and Todd got on my bike, it was working great...
