The are companies that specialize in raising concrete. The bore a couple holes in the slab and pump a thick mortar under the slab to raise it. A local place advertises that most job cost less that $300. Here is a national company. http://www.crc1.com/index2.html

I've used a product called RemoveALL 700 that kicked ass. Can't remember the cost but IIRC it was a bit spendy but worth it. Here is their site and it has a store locator. http://www.biowash.com/products/product.php?pid=37
  5. I think you're right. The best method is to cut out a section of the pipe and splice in new. I know this results is more joints but unless you have a pipe stretcher.........

  7. Short answer is yes. The pipe and jet kit will add a little power but should smooth out the flat spot and make the throttle response better. The sprocket will make a bigger difference. It will accelerate noticeable harder.
  8. Well there's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. WAY too much effort put into this thread. I did like Hugo's 1 tooth sprocket. 9. Got mine today. They had another one and a store a couple mile away showed 2 in stock. I'll pick up another one if somebody can't find one.
  10. That nose belongs to Byrdman. Thanks for the complements. Being new to the board I'm sure you don't know my story. About 3 year ago I was in a MC accident and lost both legs above the knee. I had been in the process of finishing the house myself. When that no longer became possible, people stepped up to volunteer. It's approx. 2100 sq ft not including the finished basement and about 7 acres. I have no idea what the saving will be as I never considered having it contracted.
  11. Most of the time there is a diagram on the unit somewhere. Often times on the inside of one of the panels.
  12. Maybe it's an issue w/ the transformer at the bottom. If the transformer in bad, no low voltage to trip the relays.
  13. Come on down, I'll give you a world famous dip. You've missed it for 15 months...................
  14. The only part you're gonna see is the sex dungeon. Don't know. Funds are getting REALLY tight so some of the finishing touches may have to wait a bit. I'm hoping to be done enough for the "party" this summer. I'll let you know as soon as I know.

  19. Edit : I finally got around to updating this to reflect the newer forum software. If anything is wrong or needs more clarification, let me know. First, click on "My Controls" at the top of any forum page. Nexxt, click "Your Albums" If you haven't previously created any albums you get this screen. Enter a name for your album and choose to make it public. Then click "Create Album" After the album is created, in the drop down window, select "Upload Image" First, browse to the image on your computer that you want to upload. Second, name the file. You cannot upload the file uless you name it something. Third, click "Post Image" After the image is uploaded, you will see a new page showing your image. With Firefox, right click on the image and select "Copy Image Location". In IE, right click on the image and select "Properties", then highlight and copy the "address". Then navigate to your post, click the "Insert Image" icon, right click on "HTTP://" and paste in the copied image location. You end up with something that looks like this. I usaully choose to "Preview Post" nexxt to make sure everything went as planned before I post it. You're good to go!
  20. Latest update. The drywall is up. You can get a much better feel for what the house finished will be like. Really defines the space. The tapers started last week and hope to finish up late this week. Everything I own is covered w/ DW dust. but it's part of the process. Got an estimate of kitchen cabinets........... I thought they were wooden boxes but appearently they must have some sort of diamond coating........... Actually it's a little less than I expected but still too much for what you get. Thought I'd post a floor plan so you can get a better idea where stuff is. Master bedroom Master bath. Whirlpool tub goes under the window. Dining room Front door Bedroom #3 looking down the hall

  23. God I hate to post in this debacle but............ Yes it flows more air (which isn't necessarily a good thing) but you left out the fact that the tests show the K&N let more dirt pass and clogged sooner than the stock filter. Now that requires engineering.............
  24. Should that be posted in the "Important/Useful Threads" section for future reference?
