Hey brother. I’ve missed you. Hope you’re having a productive week at work, loving life, family and friends. Almost Thanksgiving where I’m really thinking you’re planning a nice celebration with your family. I know I am.
If we don’t speak - enjoy your weekend. Get as much of the outdoors in as you can. Soak in nature!!!
Love you man. 💛💛

I had that on my want list long ago. Aside from looking good, and a fun ride, I figured it would offend small-dicked assholes which is always great.
Those insecure with their manhood are always threatened by Mazda Miata's, PC8's, Mopeds, and the like.

I always thought they were pretty. Such clean flowing lines, but maybe too clean and flowing like a fancy moped with integrated luggage.
Yep, beautiful to the eye. The way they integrated the bodywork so smoothly was an R&D success. It drove as curvy and easily the bike is to the eye.

Glad I don’t use sugar.

I just watched a Netflix documentary on food poisoning and a big part of it was peanuts and peanut butter. Like dead rats and rat feces ground up or on whole peanuts.

The Zero has the cruise button in a retarded place, and it's a huge pain to use it. But the hazard light button, the least useful button, can be reached so easily you have to be careful not to accidentally hit it. That's right by your left index finger, and reachable with purely a finger motion, no movement of your hand. It's faster and easier than the turn signal or anything else. So the solution is obvious.
I know that nobody here has a Zero, but the principles are the same for any bike where you might want to change functions. For some reason, I'm not aware of any bike that uses "smart" control boxes yet. They are just dumb switches that go to the ECU directly, wire by wire, not CAN bus. They are simple switch closures and can be repurposed easily, even for functions outside of what the bike can do (wire it to a garage opener, but lose a bike function you don't need).
What a huge improvement. Also, a shocked positive review for my new magnetic action camera clothing mount. That's how I did the ride video, which I didn't restabilize, and it's near perfect. It was noticeable flopping on my t-shirt during the ride (near the end).
Great video Carlos !

I owned one. And an old school concours - loved my PC8.

Wow. A positive response. Please say you aren’t messing with me.Nope, not messing with you. I've always heard Cubs are like the Honda of Lawn Tractors - very little maintenance, rock solid platforms and last LONG !
Good choice. Only drawback - my neighbor has a HUGE piece of land and it takes him a whole weekend to mow his lawn where I assume Zero Turns move much faster.

Looking at this now. It seems zero turn models are a premium, but other than going faster, they don’t, per se, do significantly better cutting.
Yep, perfect choice. Do it. Make sure to DO NOT buy a warranty. Warranties are for pussies. That thing will never break. You’re golden if you get that one- 1

LOL, and that's not my real radio voice like when I do client recordings. It's funny how much effort it takes to think about what to say while also thinking about what to do. I go back and wonder why I can't speak continuously, but stop to think.
I've always been this way. As a kid, every toy needed to be taken apart and improved.
I did my first real, mixed road ride since the change (street, freeway, fast highway) and it was really great. With full regen braking on, a double-tap drops 1mph at a time. With light regen I can do a casual 1-2 off/on to adjust. Ride modes can be changed on the fly and I've been starting to do that.
Smart move Carlos. Make something more functional for your intended purpose. Takes a super smart and motivated individual to rip apart a new bike and adapt it to you. I’m surprised someone your age is so incredibly motivated. Kudos to you. -

Neighbor got a new zero turn Kubota, 300 hours and it has a dropped valve, one month out of warranty. 6K with a dead engine.
I got a zero turn Toro free because the solenoid failed, no other problems yet. Surprising how much faster it is to mow with than the Sears tractor I was using.
Mike lives for problems so that’s the best thing that could happen to him. -
Looks like a great temporary deterrent or a “too difficult” I’ll pass mechanism.

How does it hold up to wire cutters or bolt cutters?
Same as the bikes weight holding up to it being rolled into the back of a Uhaul.
SMH.

No offense, Dave, but your standard of living vs mine and Zero's is in two completely different worlds. I can quite literally buy a used riding lawnmower for $300 and it will last 20 years with blades/belts/oil changes because I can keep it inside. I understand that's not how you live, and that's OK.
No offense taken Fur... at all. My only point was really to say "are you thinking a $300/month lawn service can be replaced with a "mower." A 6 person, 4 person, 3 person team that shows up and services a house can't be compared to a single person with a "mower" regardless of time or expense.
If I get rid of my Housekeeping company (4 ladies - 1 hour) would take my wife 6 hours and cost of chemicals.

Dave, at $300 a month, we’d already have paid off a new one by now based on the prices I’m seeing.
Funny how you think $300/month to service your entire property is going to get accomplished by buying a “mower.”
-
You should definitely get rid of the service and get an incredibly expensive zero turn.
It will give you years of things to complain about.
I’m excited.

Pretty sure that's a bot setting up a spam account. AI bots are going to become a huge problem very soon.
But yeah, we use the box-type air fryer all the time. The pod one? I think I may get rid of it. Useless for the most part.
I'm the opposite. The box type we much less, the Ninja Pod... easier to clean and just use.

Just watched the documentary about the rise and fall of Juul and how they tried to convince people they were saving smokers from and eventual death.
Stamford kids invented it and the one is worth about a billion today.
