  1. Fuckin' Aussie's and their "05" XX's.
  2. Damn Nigerian scammers.
  3. If possible, I'd get Philips Vision bulbs. I don't have my Bird at this house right now, so all I remember to tell you is that it's single filament. Also, why haven't you gone to HID?
  4. I had a prospective buyer ask me where I had it's servicing done. What servicing? Oil and tires is all I've ever needed to do, and that's easy to do at home.
  5. Crap... when I first read the title I assumed it was Dave posting it. I was SOOOOOOOO calling dibs. Nice and close to me!
  6. +1 on borrowing someones. I'd be willing to pull mine out and ship it to you if no one closer can hook you up. Mine's a 97. I really rather not have to, since I'm fat and lazy.

    Oops

Changing air filters? Bah. Next you'll tell me we're supposed to change the oil, too.
  8. I'm definitely what you would call an "UNmotivated seller." I had a blast riding it home from work in the rain today.
  9. The exhaust tips don't do it, I drilled the exhaust. You remove the tips and attach the Dial-A-Tone to it. The best way to describe the system is that it's simply a donut shaped piece of sheet metal. You attach it, with the hole of the donut sliding over the stock exhaust opening. The metal piece has holes drilled through it, like the top of a grated cheese container. There are holes in it, and you drill matching holes into the rear of the can. Once drilled, you can rotate the metal cover to open the can's hole all the way, close them completely, or some where in between. The company that makes the Pak-It-Rak produce them. They don't advertise them, but you can email them directly and they'll sell you a kit. I ended up leaving the whole kit wide open, so you could just drill out the cans to get the same sound I have.Found it here.
  10. I think you breaked yer brakes.
  11. Yup. I'd really regret selling the Bird. Besides, it's paid off and isn't worth a whole lot $$$ compared to the Wing. Plus, I can always buy a new Wing in the future. Can't do that as easily with the Bird. Sheer production numbers.
  12. Just posted this over on the GL board.
  13. I had the same set up on my Bird before selling them to Shotsfired. They are VERY stable. I didn't even attach the bottom rear cross bar to the license plate bracket (due to the fender eliminator.) It was just fine that way.
  14. This isn't a KTM board, fer Chrissakes! It's a C14 board!
  15. Which black? Flat or sparkly?
  16. We get 'em second?
  17. I, too, have been quietly suffering with the lack of a cursor here since upgrading Mozilla. I hate that it's nearly impossible to click the invisible cursor to the bottom of the post. I have to hit the left mouse key about 5 times to get it to jump to the spot I want it to move to.
  18. What? I'm just glad I didn't see this before Elliot did. I'm looking at getting a sporty car with the gf, so this would have delayed those plans.
  19. I have a fog-city insert stuck on the inside of my old Schuberth. It's funny, because it never fogs up, but my glasses still do, so I'm still screwed.
  20. only because I wrap my weiner around my waist! fuck me there's a lot of material in that jacket....... chest and arm length is okay but the waist is about 10" to big, should fit you okay Ben.
