The short answer is no. The problem with a stock bird is that it is undersprung and underdampned. Your Penske should
have been sprung to your weight which eliminates the need to shim as the stiffer spring and low speed compression
damping eleminate blackbird squat. The blackbird needs to be free mid-corner since it cannot be backed in, neutral
handling achieves that condition, the stock geometry is good, especially if the front end has been resprung and valved
