Whadda ya mean? For some reason, if I diet hard, even focusing on vegetables/fruits, I end up getting colds. It seems that a pace of 2-4 lbs per week is too aggressive for my body to handle?? Not really sure. When I was half my current age (in my 20's) I could lose a lb a day if I wanted to and never had an issue. Now, if I push it too hard too fast, I pay for it. Anyone else ever have that issue?? Include multi-vitamins and amino acids with your heavy workouts and that should help, no? I hope I don't get sick. Dammit **edited**... include them with ALL your workouts.... yeah, that's it!

Try using splenda, cinnimon and a bit of honey in the oatmeal. For the egg whites try Eggbeaters. They ARE egg whites that have been pasturized. You can just pour some in the pan and go. They are actually more nutritious than regular egg whites. You can also get them in veggie or southwest which are really good. Otherwise hotsauce is your friend. Thanks. Did some research after I posted last night and ran across those same answers. Today I picked up some organic brown sugar and some egg beaters. Those things are 'spensive!! Ouch. It's almost cheaper to be fat

Starting tomorrow.... I have put together a diet plan and workout schedule. Plan to cut up while losing 10-12 pounds over the next 60 days. Taking my "before" pictures tomorrow morning and heading to the gym tomorrow afternoon. Gawd, I'm not looking forward to eating oatmeal and egg whites.

What other email notifications were you looking for? Private messages? Make sure the setting is turned on inside your profile... I have all of my email notifications turned on. I used to get an email notification when someone replied to a thread I was subscribed to. Now I no longer get those notifications. For instance, this thread. I didn't get a notification that you responded. Just happened to come on here and see if you looked at it yet. I'm checked the box to enable email notification when I posted this thread and didn't get a response when you, Helvet or Para responded. Maybe I'm not making sense.... ??

It's weird. I'm subscribed to the Sales section so any time someone posts something new there I get an email notification but I don't any subsequent email notifications.

Sounds great... thanks. Just for the clarification,, what i was trying to say, is if you buy a two bulb kit, can you put that kit on two different bikes, giving you HID on the low beams? You can. Yes. No problem. Because he only got ONE bulb. The group buy was for TWO bulbs, Hi and Low, for $185 or so. No need for a group buy. You can contact the seller at hidseller@hotmail.com, and he'll honor the price. Holy shitballs! $60 for a single bulb?
