Up for sale is one rear tail section fairing cowling from a 1999 Honda CBR1100xx Blackbird. The plastic is in excellent condition with ZERO cracks, splits or repairs. There are a few scratches though. They may be able to be buffed out. I'm not too good with a buffer so I didn't attempt it. I tried to take as many detailed pictures as possible. Absolutely it was drag raced! 5 passes down the strip. It ran a 10.5 @136mph. Any blackbird owner who doesn't push his machine every once and a while isn't worth his mettle

I've got mine listed now too its a 2000 with less than half your mileage. You need to return it to stock as best you can. I have a set of Leo Vince dual titanium slip ons that I'm not selling with the bike, as well as a double bubble windscreen and power commander and Throttlemeister cruise. Those will go on ebay later. Remember those items YOU added that YOU wanted ad value in your mind. That doesn't mean the next buyer will want or need those items. BUT I sell bikes for a living and whenever someone tries to trade something in Harley's are a good example with 5K $ in extras it doesn't matter!!! I think the real # for your bike is $4000 max. Take all those parts off and it's worth about 3600. But you'll make more than the diff back when you sell them on ebay. Corbin seats on here don't last more than 2 days. Someone will snap it up as well as your other extras. Oh and not to be mean but your picture suck real bad. A picture is worth a 1000 words. Take a look at mine. Its the 2000 for 4600 minty

Dealers around here aren't discounting the 2012's at all! That 's insane. I can't justify $4000 more. In a few years when there's leftovers maybe I'll consider it

A local dealer here has the exact same bike - black/titanium special edition 2010. They would only go 11,300, which made no sense when I could get a 2012 for 13,400. Beautiful bike though. Best paint scheme I've seen on the Gen 1. I think 9750 is a damn good deal.. That would have made my choice VERY hard!! well it's 9750 plus plus plus. It worked out to 11,069 out the door, tax and reg. prep and freight

Why am I having a hard time parting with my XX? My cbr600rr which I bought new is on here for sale and I could care less it's for sale even though I like it a lot ? I found a leftover 2010 special edition black/titanium zx-14 for 9750. Good deal? What does anyone think?

Well, here it is, finally selling my baby a 2000 CBR1100xx with 23,405 miles on it. I am 43 years old and have been riding for 14 years I do not beat on my bikes. I have owned it since 2003 and bought it from the second owner in Florida with only 2200 miles on it. I have added a few things to it over the years. Items added or changed 1. Mototek under tail with LED taillights and blinkers. 2. Clear alternative turn signal lenses. 3. HyperPro progressive springs front and rear. 4. K&N air filter 5. Throttle lock/cruise control 6. Pro-grip gel grips 7. Michelin HPX tires 8. New YUSA battery 9. Double green dot cam chain tensioner 10. Spark plugs at 10K 11. New gold chain 200 miles ago 12. Wire loom permanent fix with solder and shrink wrap tape 13. 3 out of four matching frame plugs. The 4th one wouldn't fit. It has always been stored in a heated garage during winter months and at night. Been running Amsoil oil since day one. It just had a fresh oil/filter change. There are just a few scratches on the bike. One on the upper right fairing, a few on the tank and a couple on the front fender. Other than that there are no other issues. It starts and runs great. The tires have about 1/2 tread left. I am reluctant to sell it but I am selling it and a 2007 cbr600rr for a zx-14 or a cbr1000rr. The bike looks awesome in person and you won't be disappointed with the condition. $4600 or best offer. Able to deliver within 150 miles for $1/mile.
