I ordered tires from them on a Tuesday, they were shipped Wednesday. I got them Monday before noon, If I had ordered earlier on Tues. I would have received them on Fri. I did however make sure I noted in my transaction comments: If the tires are not in stock do not backorder. They had the Pilot Roads in stock when noone else had them as a complete set. $228 to the door, I know that I may have found them at a cheaper, not by much, price. But, they had them in stock. YMMV, but I had a great experience. Len

If directed at me. The ice thing no. I couldn't find dry ice close by, so I never tried it. I don't know if it would effect the paint or not. Again, it was suggested and explained by a few different people to me. YMMV

Someone suggested using the dry ice method to me as well. Put the Dry ice on the dented portion to the point of it frosting over, then take the bike into the direct sunlight. This would cause that section of the tank to expand rapidly and pop out the dent. (As long as there wasn't a severe crease) Never tried it though. I just put on a tank bra.
