  1. I'm guessing the Throttle Minister gives sermons on Sunday about how to install a Throttle Mister.

    super hawk

Tons of differences, not even the same bike. RC51 is a surgeon's tool, while a Super Hawk is a Gulf War Medic's bandage. I have a Super Hawk. I'd have to say one is race ready, the other is street ready. My S.H. has a teeny tiny little fuel tank, but sounds awesome with Jardine Hi-mounts. Hopefully Randy will chime in and tell you how impressive an RC51 is.

    Storing tires

Rick, your garage looks so damn good, you definitely need your ass kicked. That, or I need to go clean mine. Seriously though, very nice garage Rick.

    Ohlins rebuild

Sean, Just ask Alphabird. Ah, nevermind, old board humor.
  5. Same problem here. I run Dunlops because they stick like glue when hot, but cup like crazy. May have to explore a different tire as mileage with Dunlop sucks.
  6. I have the same one as Brett's works great.
  7. Pretty sure I remember Paully having problems with his bike when he ran it without fairings. :?
  8. Good one! Jelly filled. Though I prefer whipped chocolate.
  9. Wish I had caught this sooner. I went with a gel filled.
  10. Took a little practice, but I was able to run the siren, lights, and moving radar controls; all while working clutch and brakes. I'd highly recommend a hippo hand style based on how warm they are. In conjunction with heated grips, life was very good. Not sure the link I posted was the exact same manufacturer/product we used, but very similar.
  11. When I rode police motors we ran these made out of vinyl with sheepskin interiors. I still have a set for a KZ1000P, which I plan on some day modifying. http://www.hippohands.com/HondaYamSuz%20Hi...ppo%20Hands.htm
  12. Wish I had thought of this when I poured the driveway down to my shop! Very nice looking.
  13. Having sat in your kitchen, while looking at the pool, thinking of you naked, the walls are definitely not mauve. But, rather rouse red.
  14. WOW, what a dramatic improvement to the curb appeal. Nicely done.
  15. Not much input on the Dunlops. I really like how quickly they heat up and stick. However, they are such a short life tire, especially after a couple burnouts. From my limited point of view, Dunlops look really soft, (like Mac's cock) and the Avon's look really HARD, (like Jerry and Randy's Viagra induced hard-ons.)
  16. Dan, I have a hugger sitting on a shelf above my workbench. It's gathering dust. Don't remember the brand, it cost me more than $125, but rubbed my Mototek undertail. You can look at it if you like.........................

    Sea Foam

Glad you found it, Sea Foam is incredible stuff.
  18. A while back, I recall someone successfully using them. Anyone? Bueller?
  19. I think the difference is greater than thought. I always compare my 16 tooth indicated speed to the actual speed on my GPS, massive differences over 100 MPH. Anyway, I'm thinking of gearing back up to a 17 tooth since I'm also putting extra miles on the odometer.
  20. I used a jig saw to cut mine. Made a perfect line. Then I cut it all off and added the Mototek undertail.
  21. Bed sheets, they work great.
  22. A meth-tweaker's cigarette torch lighter (wind proof lighter) will also work if you don't have a real torch.
  23. Definitely soak the bolt/nut in some kind of lube, Liquid Wrench or WD-40. I often times will heat a non-compliant bolt with a torch! Assuming it is not aluminum, (Then I will still use the torch, but very carefully.)
  24. Hit the quote button in the upper right corner, or cut and paste the verbage you want. If you cut and paste, press the quote box in the above command line. then hit CTRL 'V'; type your worthless blather, and then hit quote again. Oh, and don't FUCK with Randy, as he is a Blackbird GOD!
