NorthRider Posted May 15, 2003 Posted May 15, 2003 I started this diet about a month ago. I lost 12lbs so far, but more in inches. I find that I get frequent dizzy spells, or light headed. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong? Quote

This worries me because dizziness or being light-headed generally should not be taken lightly. Have you had dizzy spells before this? When does it happen; any particular time, or with a certain motion, or just randomly? How much water are you drinking daily? Taking a good, complete vitamin supplement? Quote
NorthRider Posted May 16, 2003 Author Posted May 16, 2003 Thanks for the advice guys. I usually find that I'm a little dizzy if I stand up to quick, or if I'm lifting heavy stuff. It hasn't happen every day but more so lately. I take extra vitamins but may not be taking in enough water during the day. I have low blood pressure to start and I'm slightly enimic so that might not be helping. I'll make sure I don't cheat for the next couple weeks and see what happens. Quote
