paul99xx Posted June 18, 2004 Posted June 18, 2004 i was playing with my new cct and i've pulled the little metal bit out of it and it's gone off, extended itself all the way out and won't move, doesn't seem to be spring loaded at all, more locked in position, am i in trouble? Quote
paul99xx Posted June 18, 2004 Author Posted June 18, 2004 i can't seem to move it in any direction, it seems to be locked in place :banghead: Quote
blackhawkxx Posted June 18, 2004 Posted June 18, 2004 That will teach you not to play with your little thing. Quote
jrdxx Posted June 18, 2004 Posted June 18, 2004 You're not in trouble. Insert the key just enough to engage the the slotted head of the tensioner, and turn clockwise about five complete revolutions. Use the X-shaped indentations in the top of the tensioner body to lock the tensioner in place using the key. Quote
MileHi Posted June 18, 2004 Posted June 18, 2004 Aren't ya glad it wasn't a grenade?!?!?! I also found that a real small slotted (straight blade) screwdriver works well to wind it back up. Oh and don't pull the pin again until you're ready!!! Quote
