cbrxxquad
Fyi some have wondered what the differences are in radiators. Since I have been bit and have all three I thought I would post pictures and note the differences. top is 2001 and up bottom is 97 and 98 the 99 and 2000 have all the same as the 2001 and up but have a temp switch in the side like the early radiators do. turned tops together so you can see the mounts are differnet spacing and the fans are located differently You can see the fan size difference on this side you can see the difference in the shape of the sides that there is no mount for the oil cooler and the temp sending unit which is no more than a ground that is made when the temp get high enough. you can see that the side is smaller on the new models the early fans have four mounts and are much larger I did not take a picture of my 2000 model radiator but is the same as the 2001 with the exception of the temp switch in the side and the radiator fan has wiring for it. Kind of a cross between all of them. So beware if you are buying a radiator or fan or switch as to what year you are getting.
MrBadExxample
Thank You Stan. I knew they were different, but I thought they were still compatible. Which I found out, is not correct.
