In really nice condition, minus a really small scuff on one of the cans (pointed out in pictures) - Would be trivial to turn the ring around and re-rivet, or polish out. I didn't even notice it when it was on the bike, but want to make sure to be upfront! Anyways, includes all mounting hardware (not pictured).
