Almost 3 weeks later, product still hadn't arrived, so they said they would send another pair. Two weeks after that, and still no T's. Responded to every email promptly, and apologized for a problem they had no answer for. Swore they shipped the shirts, and I said I'd wait another week to see if they showed. No shirts again after another week, so I contacted them once more, where the owner apologized up and down for not receiving the product. Promptly sent me a refund as the shirts are no longer available (clearout item), and told me to contact him if I ever needed anything, for a special refund in exchange for my trouble.
