AXXKicker Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 2003 CBR1100XX 14,xxx miles i hate to do it, but i can't ride like i used to. honestly, i'm afraid to. she should go to a home where she can be ridden and loved. i am the original owner, and picked up this new, old stock bike on april 30, 2004. i have the title in hand. the bike is very clean, and has been babied, but it has been on it's right side 3 times. new parts were sourced for these incidents, except the infamous "slide through west virginia" which had the nose cone and front fender repainted. some scratches are evident on this bike, none of which can't be buffed out. lots of extras on the bike: HID high and low beams brand new tires, front & rear with about 400 miles on them zero gravity sport touring windshield carbon fiber rear hugger pazzo levers from the group buy back in 04 or 05 bmw grips (stefan gets first dibs on these- i would replace with regulars in that case) throttle meisters (heavy- polished) rear shock shim vfr bar risers ram mount on left clutch mount for included gps-friendly box polished bike sliders and plugs from john battery is one year old, kept on tender new cover shortened rear turn signal stalks new tank zipper protector extras to go with the bike: old, generally scratched windshield right side spare fairing (i don't remember its condition) 3 switch box (showchrome, i think) which could be mounted on the clutch reservoir heated grips gold link chain intended to replace original original chain guard original clutch & brake levers crash shrooms from jaws river road 3-part tank bag there are other components which may or may not go with the bike. some were given to me, and i'd like to offer them to stefan before putting them up here. i'm asking $4800 obo for this bike, which i feel is fair. please email me at brett.cabeca@gmail.com, or call me at 607.873.3488 with any questions. i can supply other photos of the bike as well.
