Whoops! I put the jumper cables on backwards...

Looking for help from anyone who might know what I wrecked by putting the jumper cables on backwards. Last week I woke up to a dead bike ('02 CBR 1100) so I jumped it off of my truck and I had my had up my ass and reversed the cables. The bike is currently showing no signs of life when I turn the key. Anyway, I took the battery to the local auto parts store and had it tested and it tested OK. Also, I checked the main, 30A, fuse and it is OK. What should I be checking next? I'm really hoping my friends at Honda designed an electrical shear pin into the system and I didn't wreck anything expensive... Thanks in advance for any helpful advice!

Yeah, I missed it the first time through. There are two separate 30A fuses near the battery. The one right in the battery compartment is not the one that blew. To access the blown fuse, I needed to take off the seat cowl. The fuse in question is on the left side of the battery, enclosed under a connector. That fuse was blown. I replaced it and all is well. Thanks!
