I assume you're talking about this jacket? I can't really tell so I'll have to look when I get home but I want to make sure this is the jacket in question... If that is the jacket in question the answer is yes... the zipper in the picture is just a vent, but up inside the back part of the jacket is the zipper flap that connects to riding pants.
