blackbirdxxxx Posted March 17, 2010 Share Posted March 17, 2010 Fellas, I really hate to do this and I have been thinking about it all winter...but trying to clear up some cash to get a Jeep Rubicon. Bike is a 2003 Blackbird...of course, everyone knows this was the last year made. The only year to get black with the digital dash. Bike is in near showroom condition and as of today, the odometer reads 10,273. Bike is bone stock and has not been abused...ever. I am the second owner and purchased it from the original owner who kept it in a garage (as I do). The only two things that I know of cosmetically are (1) a very small scuff on the front fender (previous owner bumped it while loading the bike into a truck) and (2) two small scuffs on the frame caused by riding boots. The front fender mark is so small that I can't even get a good picture of it. You will not be dissappointed with it...needs nothing. I put a new battery in it last fall. Ready to go. Asking $5800...price is pretty firm as I know I will never be able to replace it once it is gone. Bike is located in Omaha, NE. I am posting it here and the other forum to give fellow blackbird enthusiats first shot at it. Next week it will go on craigslist. Clean title in hand.
