oldgeezer
Guessing you really like the new RC... Great lookin' bike. Good luck with the sale. Actually haven't even had a chance to ride it yet. Last weekend the weather was perfect but I was stuck in the office both days trying to meet a Monday deadline. The VFR is a beautiful bike and I don't want to sell it, but need to cancel some small debts and selling one of the bikes seems the quickest way to do it. Shame to let it go. Having the RC in the garage will probably help ease your pain a bit though. Except of course for the pain you will have in your wrists after the first few rides. Except of course for the pain you will have in your wrists after the first few rides. I've started bench presses in preparation for the RC (just kidding). Actually I haven't found it all that bad, but I've only taken a couple of short rides, about 150 miles each. An all day ride might be a whole different story. But the RC's so much fun to ride, I hardly notice any discomfort.
oldgeezer
Bike is still for sale, guys. Had a couple of inquiries from the VFR forums but nothing in earnest. This is a very nice 5th gen VFR, considered the best of all the VFR series. Runs very strong.

TPXX
Doug, has a very nice bike. I've seen it in person and it is clean! Also rides it very well too! Wish I had the funds, I'd get it from you Doug!
JB4XX
Posted it on my local board Doug. Very nice looking VFR, I'd be proud to have it in my garage!
Pavdog
Beautiful bike! I concur about the gen. I also had a '98 and imo was the best looking and best built of the vfrs. Good luck selling.. I am very tempted but am holding out for an '03 Bird.
