BackStreet
Does anyone know what length of line is needed to go directly from the master cylinder to each side caliper? I have Heli Bars and the stock lines are already tight.
Redbird
Most brake line manufacturers will know the OEM lengths, so it's a simple as ordering +2" or whatever you think you need. If you're making the lines yourself, I use a piece of string or wire to measure. No, I've got no numbers here for the XX.
Zero Knievel
I don't know if this is what you want, but since the "linked" in LBS means only a link to the front from the rear, you could just find a way to replace one of the supply lines from the front with an extra tap that goes to a feed line to both sides from the rear master cylinder...essentially "de-linking" them. Then you only need to cap the rear brake line. Not sure if HEL makes a kit for that.
