Trade K&N filter (New) for stock filter

Recommended Posts

As the title suggests I want to trade K&N filter for stock. The stock must be new or near new. Straight trade. I would need to get the filter and change it prior to shipping out the K&N as my bike is my primary transportation. Any takers??

why are you switching from k&n to a oem filter if you don't mind me asking?

I want to go back to stock. with the price of gas and the fact I cant get my bike to run right in the mid-range (factory pro jet kit) I am giving up. I need my bike to run correctly since I no longer have 4 wheels

If you'll pay shipping, I'm in... I've got a factory filter with 3k miles on it... Be nice to have a second K&N to just swap out and not have to be down for 24-36 hours while cleaning...

ETA, if you're anywhere close to me, I can help you tune the FP jet kit... I've go a K&N filter, Yoshi street slip-ons, and a FP jet kit, and get ~42 commuting and 48-50mpg full->empty on the highway...

Ah... That's not what I'd call "around the corner"... Oh, I can ship the factory one first, as I already have a K&N in my bike, and the factory filter is in one of my bike containers on the shelf. I'm just saying, throw $5 in the box with the K&N to cover shipping to you on the factory one.

If that's cool, PM me your address, and I'll get the factory one out to you this week.
