And since I'm not technical enough to try to make it work myself I'm just going to sell it and buy a throttle lock. Since there are plenty of step-by-steps available for the blackbird someone should be able to get this and have it done without too much complication. It's new in the box. I just opened it to look at the contents. I didn't open any of the packages inside the box. I got it for $85 shipped. I'll eat the shipping I paid and send it off for $75 to the lower 48.
