Straight shooter who's looking to get rid of this thing as a package deal, some assembly required. Seems willing to deal, too. He's very local to me if anyone wants assistance with pickup and/or temporary storage. The story on the bike is he bought it as complete and running track bike, tore it down for a complete rebuild then got distracted.
