For some reason the eyelet it came with will not let it runs stock length. It works fine, like adding a 6mm shim. No leaks, set up for sport-touring, not a good shock for the track. The 1000 isn't that strong but with the pre-load cranked on like 3/4" (Penske guy said that was fine) I rode my 175lbs body and 45 lbs in my saddle bags plus another 20 up front just fine. Penske would recommend an 1100 for that much weight but the diff between a 1000 and and 1100 is about 1 turn of pro-load sag-wise Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
