Mitch_1100xx Posted September 27, 2007 Share Posted September 27, 2007 so i turned my bike on today after not touching it for a month and the wouldn't go to neutral. well it was in neutral but the N light wouldnt turn on. and now the bike will not idol with the stand down. anyone know why this could happen? fuse or censor problem maybe? anyone have this issue before? Check the connection & wire going to the neutral switch. It's located on the side of the engine, right near (and I think just below) the front sprocket cover & slave cylinder. If the indicator comes on, the neutral switch is bad. yea somthings not right. ill have to try that it seems to work intermitidly. it worked there on saturday for a while then i took it out today, worked when i turned it one and 2 km later nothing. i think there is somthing not so good in the ECU to be honest. i had some issues with it before though nothing seems to be out of the ordinary..
