BlueBlackBird
While replacing my counter shaft sprocket and cleaning the area, the clutch push rod pin came out abit far, and now I cant seem to push it back in, Am I screwed or what, Im longing for a simple solution!! Any ideas out there?
testrider
Have you tried to put the cover back on? It may look like it's too far out but it isn't. I just replaced my front sprocket too and I pulled the rod all the way out of the engine, cleaned and lubricated it and pushed it back. It did look like it's sticking out too much but when you put the cover back on, it was fine.
redxxrdr
Iv'e only had mine out twice. Cleaned and went right back in. Could you have grabbed the clutch lever? Is the slave cylinder pushed out, preventing you from fitting it together? Try pushing the cylinder back in. YOu could also release the bleed valve on the slave if necessary.
