I took my oil pan off to have it welded. you have to take the fairing , ex. and mufflers off

I was going to put it all back on but I put just the header back on and started it up.

let it run a few min. man it sound allsome, with out the mufflers on it. had to take it down the road.

scard a few old folks. but they knew I was comming. if you have not heard your XX without the muffers

on it is worth the time.

Maybe so, but you still can't change the size properly

It does sound awesome with just the header. I did the same thing when I changed my cans.

They are quite loud with any cans on them aren't they. In my old house, there was a Harley guy about 3 houses away. I fired mine up one day without the cans on it and he came over. He was like WTF was that?? His Harley with straight pipes didn't even come close to the noise the bird was singing out.
