Anyone fit a steering damper

when accelerating hard in second gear a serious wobble when the front wheel lifted due to a bump in the road, I know this is caused by me pulling on either bar uneven when its in the air and coming down out of line, hard to contol I know when under extreme acceleration, perhaps my head needs tightened up a little on the bearing

Hyperpro makes a steering damper for the XX, but it needs minor modification for the EFI versions.

I have one, but have never installed it. You can also buy an adapter to fit the Scott's rotary damper, but they're very spendy. :icon_eek:

I don't think you need one on the bird personally. The Bird is super steady 99% of the time. The only time have have had head shake issues was when I had a 60 profile front tyre combined with the 6mm shim. Went back to the standard profile front tyre and it is fine now.
