We got the Windsor Pilates DVD's last year, I tried the introductory DVD once, and even though I'd been wanting them for some time, never did it again. Thinking of giving it another go as it's no impact, and my joints are starting to ache again with the extra weight I'm piling on. Plus........seems like whenever you see someone who does pilates/yoga.......they're a very "lean" muscular, rather than bulky. I believe they say something about it being from working your long muscles or something??? Helped my dicky back immensely, and gave me much more flexibility and stamina. Also developed quite a decent sixpack - the core excercises work the gut area bigtime.
