mesenger1
My 99 bird (67000 miles on it) front end vibrates at speeds of 40 and up, I have done fork oil (stock weigth), and replaced drive chain and head bearing from ball to nedle or taper. I ride 40 miles and my hands get numb befor I used to commute 240 miles round trip and had no trouble. I have not bump the front. What else could I check to correct this problem? Thanks every body for the in put.
Redbird
Check your wheels are balanced, both of 'em.
K9XX
Agreed, balancing and air pressure need to be checked. When you remount, make sure you have the rear aligned properly, this can also cause some funky vibrations
