Can any servic shop recharge it?

I have remove the springs for two rear shocks, a 900rr and 1100xx. When I compress both shocks only the 1100xx expands back to its normal length, are they both suposed to work on the same prinsiple or am I missing something here? Help before I buy a spring for the 900rr Thanks. Mesenger1

I am changing the stock springs for the race tech 1.0 springs, do you guys cut the spacer to mach the length of the stock spring and spacer? I weigth 195 lbs.

My 99 bird (67000 miles on it) front end vibrates at speeds of 40 and up, I have done fork oil (stock weigth), and replaced drive chain and head bearing from ball to nedle or taper. I ride 40 miles and my hands get numb befor I used to commute 240 miles round trip and had no trouble. I have not bump the front. What else could I check to correct this problem? Thanks every body for the in put.

Thanks for the advise I gat a stator from DenniKirk seems to be working fine, I have not have a chance to check the numbers, but is runinng strong. Thanks to you all.

Is there any other alternative for a stator/alternator from H :?: onda? My bird is not charging any more, I keep charging the batery. I have never open the bird, do I need only the stator or do I have to get the rotor also? Where do I go for non Honda parts? Thanks in advance for you input. Messengeer1

What will a 1999 bird w/65000 miles be worth in market today? runs great, wheel bearing and chain/sprokets upgrade.
