RXX
Just finished replacing plugs. 16K miles. #4 plug is a little oily. I am sure I can get plenty of creative, funny and totally bullshit opinions, and I welcome them. But really, OK, is that a problem? By the way, first R&R was doing IAW shop manual. This time I went the tank/air filter route. FUCK it was hard either way!!!
Pete in PA
Was the oil on the electrodes or above at the threads? Each plug hole has a gasket that is part of the valve cover gasket. if it leaks there it causes oil to pool around the plug. If it's at the electrodes, well it better not be there with that low mileage. :?
